AV40/90 Vacuum Pumping Station

Aerospace machining can take many hours to complete and when you are relying on vacuum to hold the components it’s important to ensure the vacuum pump does not get flooded. This system is designed to automatically empty the tank at the end of each machining process.

Manufactured in the UK this pumping station can handle coolant which has been drawn over from the clamping process.  This particular system can handle up to 40 liters (10.5 US Gallons) of coolant during each machining process.
